The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was wonderful, surrounded by beautiful gardens and old trees, with a refreshing swimming pool. The staff were excellent and accommodating, and the on-site restaurant provided tasty meals in a charming outdoor setting.
The breakfast option could be improved with a greater variety of choices.

Wonderful location with beautiful gardens and swimming pool. The old hacienda is converted into a comfortable hotel. Excellent and helpful staff. Good restaurant with the option to dine outside under the shade of the amazing trees.
Nothing all good.

Located in the picturesque Sierra Gorda, this hotel is ideal for those who want to get away from it all. The beautiful natural surroundings are a key selling point, with plenty of opportunities to explore the area. The hotel also had friendly staff who were always on hand to help and offer advice. the clean pools provided a great place to relax and cool down after a day of exploring.
While there were plenty of positives to our stay, there were also a few downsides to note. One major disadvantage was the limited variety of food available.

This hidden gem is located in the midst of the Sierra Gorda and surrounded by beautiful natural sites. The man-made lake nearby is perfect for a refreshing dip or a boat ride. The hotel is thematic and transports you to a monastery, with unique architecture and decor. The staff provides excellent service and is always available to help. Rooms are comfortable and equipped with all basic amenities. Natural springs and stunning 500-year-old trees add to the beauty of this hotel.
Limited food options in the Refectorio might leave guests wanting for more.

We had a wonderful stay, surrounded by stunning natural sites in the Sierra Gorda. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a beautiful swimming pool and a temazcal for a relaxing experience. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the parking was convenient for our car and the transportation in this area was easy to maneuver.
Nothing that we didn't like.

Good for nature lovers. Beautiful landscape and plenty of activities to do outdoors. Conveniently located close to some natural sites. Cozy rooms and comfortable beds.
Terrible food quality and service during Christmas. Long wait times, understaffed, and untrained personnel.

Over Easter, I stayed at a hotel in Sierra Gordas and enjoyed the complementary cocktails and breakfast. The location was very convenient as it was close to many beautiful natural sites. I also liked that the hotel had a swimming pool where I could relax and unwind.
The room lacked decoration and was not very comfortable. Additionally, the staff seemed untrained and unresponsive in catering to my needs.
